1: A-Jodie-Amount is a way to describe someone who drinks beyond their capabilities. Usually resulting in an awful hangover including sickness.

1: when you make a typo while typing among us but auto correct isn't good enough to correct it to 'among' so it corrects it to 'amount', making you seem like an idiot

1: A term having Caribbean origins particularly Jamaican.

  * e.g.,  ... Guy: So do we need any thing for the party tonight.

2: It is a reference to the mathematical term x.

3: Its usage is usually related to mysterious events. It is largely used as a sexual reference but it can be utilized as a financial conversational tool as well. It is synonymous with plenty.

4: This is a slang term not usually used in professional settings.

1: A lot of, a high number of, very much.

  * e.g.,  ... There were mad amounts of biddies at the event tonight. That book costs mad amounts. We need to buy mad amounts of alc for tonight.
